    Article 1 – Application

    These General Conditions of Sale define the conditions applicable to sales concluded between, on the one hand, the persons making a purchase via the website www.talismas.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer” or the “Customers” and, on the other hand, the company CHARLINE ACCESSOIRES, owner of the trademark Talismas, registered at Rennes RCS and headquartered:

    La Basse Vilasse, 35420 Saint Georges de Reintembault, hereinafter referred to as “Talismas”.

    These General Conditions of Sale therefore govern the sales, by Talismas, of all the products present on the site www.talismas.com

    Article 3 – Price

    3.1 – The prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes included, excluding the cost of processing and shipping. These prices are communicated in Euros. The processing fee (postage) will be confirmed upon confirmation of the order.

    3.2-Talismas reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without notice but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the tariffs in force at the time of the recording of the order by the Customer.

    3.3 – The products remain the property of Talismas until full payment of the total amount of the order by Talismas.

    3.4 – The products and services sold on www.talismas.com are reserved for professionals.

     

    Article 4 – Order on the website: www.talismas.com

    The contractual information is presented in French (or English language) and will be the subject of a confirmation containing this contractual information at the latest at the time of delivery. Talismas reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is an unresolved dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

    Article 5 – Validation

    The Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these General Conditions of Sale before placing the order. Validation of the order is therefore acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

    Unless proved otherwise, the data recorded by Talismas constitutes the proof of all transactions made by Talismas and its Clients.

    Article 6 - Availability

    The offers and products offered by Talismas are valid as long as they are available on the website www.talismas.com and within the limits of available stocks.

    In case of unavailability of products after placing the order, Talismas will inform customers by email or mail as soon as possible.

    Article 7- Payment

    The payment of purchases of products by the Clients is made by bank transfer.
     
    The products remain the property of Talismas until full payment of their price. A deposit of 30% is required to validate the order, the remaining amount should be transferred to the delivery.

     

    Article 8 – Delivery

    Exceptionally, for reasons of unavailability over a given period, Talismas may modify these deadlines provided that it is stipulated at the time of the order. The products are always shipped at the risk of the Clients.
     
    Shipping costs are always payable in addition to the price of the products, and are as follows:
     
    – Delivery costs in France: Colissimo: 8 euros
     
    – Shipping costs for abroad: * Europe: 16 euros Colissimo * Outside Europe: between 20 and 30 euros Colissimo.
     
    The Customer is solely responsible for verifying the possibilities of importing the products ordered with regard to the rights of the territory of the country of delivery.
     
    For all products sold duty free, depending on the country of delivery, it is up to the Customer to pay any local taxes upon receipt.
     
    In the case of delivery outside the EU, customs duties, customs clearance processing fees, and other taxes will be paid by the Customer. The formalities that apply to it will also be borne by the Customer.
     
    Talismas is relieved of all obligations to deliver the ordered products in the event of force majeure (war, riot, fire, flood, strikes, accidents, impossibility to stock up, etc.)

     

    Article 9 – Non-conformity of the delivered order.

    In the event of nonconformity of the goods delivered in relation to the order (the order confirmation email of the order being taken as proof), it is the Customer’s responsibility to inform Taismas within a maximum of seven (7) clear days from the date of receipt of the parcel.

    Article 11 – Intellectual property

    Intellectual and industrial property rights protecting all elements (texts, comments, images, photographs, logos, drawings, videos, etc.) found on the website www.talismas.com are the property of Talismas. The jewels sold on the site www.talismas.com are all created and drawn by the designer herself and are the intellectual property of Talismas.
